Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, Dubai

My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room size was impressive, equivalent to two double beds in the UK, but sadly, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Despite this, the hotel offered great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms had a fantastic view, were spacious, and beautifully decorated. Although they weren't cleaned daily, the bathroom and bins were attended to. The service was top-notch; the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, although they entered the room without knocking. The location was great, offering a free shuttle to popular spots like Dubai Mall and La Mer beach. The dining experience was outstanding with a wide selection and value for money. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during the New Year period. The hotel facilities were excellent overall.

The dining experience was great during the festive period, although more variety would be appreciated. Overall, a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.
